5 Steps To Burn Fat And Build Muscle

As we get older it becomes harder and harder to slim down let alone tone up. With fast food on every street corner or even just a phone call away, it’s not hard to see why. Step 1. Drink more water – We have been told this for many years for one reason, it works. When you consume more h2o your body stays hydrated and also flushes your body of any impurities. When your body is hydrated it functions more efficiently giving a slight increase to your metabolism.

Step 2. Diminish the amount of sugar you consume – This step may be a little hard for some to follow. We all like sweet stuff, some more than others. Step 3. Start exercising – This is a step that many people try to avoid but it is very important.
